Hanging Inverted Like Batman
Every wanted to become Batman, or at least come what close to him? I’m going to admit that I have wanted to be like him ever since I was about 5 years old. Unfortunately, when it comes to real life, being Batman isn’t the most achievable of goals. However, there is one aspect of his life that I have started to incorporate more into my daily routine, and I feel a lot more like a super hero for it.
Since I saw the Val Kilmer series of the Batman movies, I’ve been intrigued by the scene where he is hanging upside down early in the morning, just as a bat would. He looked so peaceful and at rest, and so when I read a very interesting inversion table review for the first time I decided I had to try it – heck if it works for the Bat, then why not me?
Well, to be honest, inversion therapy for back pain is something that not just superheroes do – it’s something that the average person has been doing for thousands of yeas to achieve a calm, relaxing stretch of their spine and muscles, helping them to feel much better and perform better in their ‘normal’ lives. Check out the video below and you will see what I’m talking about – and hopefully you can become a better ‘normal’ super hero everyday!
